Day 01: Delhi / Jaipur ( 250 Kms / Approx 5 hrs)

with in time pick up in Delhi and drive to Jaipur. Checkin
at hotel.
Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan
was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of
a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour.
Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this
city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory
& Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through
the pink rose residential & business areas.Overnight Jaipur.
Day 02: In Jaipur
Morning after breakfast tour of the impressive Amber Fort,
situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur City. At the foot
of the hill you will mount your caparisoned elephant for the
slow but steady climb up to the main gate, making your entrance
in the time honoured fashion. The Fort, completed in the early
18th century, took over 100 years to build and now, although
deserted, offers a fascinating insight into the lif estyle of the Moghul ruling families. Evening free at leisure OR to
explore city on your own.Overnight in Jaipur
Day 03 - Jaipur / Agra ( 256 Kms / Approx 5 hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive to Agra enroute visiting Fatehpur
Sikri Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor
Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity
of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid,
Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces.Arrive
Agra and check in at hotel. Afternoon proceed for city tour
of Agra visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul
Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine
her mortal remains. Also, visit the Agra Fort containing the
Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also
visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan
in memory of her father. Overnight in Agra.
Day 04 - Agra / Jhansi / Orcha / Khajuraho
After breakfast transfer to Rail Station to board train for
Jhansi. Upon arrival in Jhansi drive to Khajuraho ( 180 Kms
/ Approx 3 & 1/ 2 hrs) enroute visiting Orccha visiting
magnificent temples and monuments. Some of the Palaces were
decorated with painted murals, which represent the finest
flowering of the Bundela school of Painting. Continue drive
to Khajuraho and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at the
hotel.
Day 05 - Khajuraho / Varanasi ( 9w-724 - 1330 hrs/
1410 hrs)
Morning visit the exquisite 10th century temples of Khajuraho.
Later transfer to airport to board flight for varanasi - said
to be the India's most sacred city situated on the western
bank of the holy river Ganga. It is also the oldest living
city in the world. As a place for devotion and worship, with
hundreds of temples dotting the city, sunrise on the riverfront
as seen from a boat can be a spiritually uplifting sight.
It has a fascination uniquely its own, a quality of sublime
beauty, a timeless eternal appeal. Varanasi is the city, which
cannot be described, only experienced.
Day 06 - In Varanasi
Breakfast at hotel . Leave for a sightseeing of this holy
city visiting Durga Temple (Monkey Temple), Mother Indian
Temple, Banaras Hindu University & Birla Temple.
Evening take the boat ride to view the "Aarti" ceremony on
the Ghats. Overnight in Varanasi.
Day 07 - Varanasi / Delhi ( 9w-724 - 1440 hrs / 1600
hrs)
Breakfast at hotel.Later visit to Sarnath A famous archaeological
sight in Uttar Pradesh, Sarnath is an important Buddhist sight.
Lying at a distance of about 10 kms from the holy city of
Varanasi, Sarnath is one of the four important geographical
landmarks in the life of Buddha. After attaining enlightenment
at Bodhgaya, Buddha left for Sarnath where he first preached.
Followers of Buddhism from all over the world look upon India
as the land of their sacred lord and home to some of the blessed
Buddhist destinations.Later transfer to airport to board flight
for Delhi. Arrive Delhi and transfer to the international
airport for onward journey.
