splendour of the Taj, exotic sculptures of Khajuraho and the
eternal city of Varanasi on the banks of the holy river Ganges.
Contrasted with its rich flora and fauna, catch a glimpse
of the great Indian tiger, wild elephants, bison, deer and
a wide variety of birds in their natural habitat. Kathmandu
is the capital city of the Hindu kingdom and Shangri La of
the east, Nepal. It is situated in a huge valley at the foot
of Mt. Everest. Your senses will soar as you drink in the
panoramic vistas of the holy Himalayas.

Day 01: ARRIVE DELHI :
Transfer to hotel. Full day sightseeing tour of New Delhi
& Old Delhi to include the Mughal gardens, India Gate,
Parliament House, Bahai Temple & the Qutab Minar. Lunch
will be at the Mehrauli village complex. After lunch proceed
to the historic Old city, visit Rajghat - Memorial to Mahatma
Gandhi, India's largest Mosque the Jama Masjid, visit to
the |
famous silver street "Chandini Chowk" & the magnificent
Red Fort, where you shall also witness a son-et-lumiere.
Dinner at a restaurant called ChorBazaar, where the buffet
is spread on a vintage car. Overnight Delhi.
-» Day 02 : DELHI/JAIPUR (6
hrs):
Drive to Jaipur stopping enroute at Amber for a tour
of the hilltop fort on elephant back. Check into Palace
hotel. Post lunch tour of city palace, observatory &
palace of winds. evening view puppet shows. Overnight Jaipur.

JAIPUR/RANTHAMBORE (3 hrs): After
a leisurely breakfast drive to Ranthambore arriving by lunch.
Check into Jungle Resort. Post lunch jeep tour of the park
with a naturalist. Evening view tiger film as you enjoy
a bonfire dinner. Overnight Ranthambore.

Day 04 : RANTHAMBORE/BHARATPUR
(6 hrs):
Drive to Bharatpur bird sanctuary with a brief stopover
at Karauli palace for lunch. Check into forest lodge/palace,
Evening rickshaw/canoe tour of the sanctuary to view a variety
of migratory birds including the rare Siberian crane. Overnight
Bharatpur.

Day 05 : BHARATPUR/AGRA (2 hrs):
Morning free to bird watch and view wildlife. Later drive
to Agra via the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri. Check into
hotel. Post lunch tour of the Taj Mahal & the fabulous
Agra fort. Overnight Agra.

:
Morning free. Later board afternoon flight to Khajuraho.
Transfer to hotel. Evening tour of southern group of the
famous Chandela temples. Overnight Khajuraho.

Day 07 : KHAJURAHO/VARANASI
:
Morning tour of eastern group of temples. Later board afternoon
flight to Varanasi. Transfer to hotel. Evening boat cruise
on the Ganges to view the ghats.

Day 08 : VARANASI/KATHMANDU
:
Half day city tour of temples and excursion to Sarnath.
Post lunch flight to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Overnight

Half day tour of city palace, Patan & Swayambhunath.
Evening view Nepalese cultural dances. Overnight Kathmandu.

Day 10 : KATHMANDU/ CHITWAN:
Drive to Chitwan National Park.Transfer to jungle lodge.
The park is known for its tiger and Rhino sightings. Safaries
are conducted on elephant back, canoes & landrovers.
Overnight Jungle Lodge.

Morning and evening jungle safari. Overnight Jungle Lodge.

Day 12 : CHITWAN/DELHI
:
Fly to Kathmandu for connecting flight to Delhi & transfer
to Waterbanks Island resort near Delhi (only 25 kms from
International Airport) can be reached only by boats &
the place abounds with a variety of birds, deer & lots
of flora & fauna Evening farewell lakeside bar-be-cue
dinner. Late night or early morning transfer to International
airport to board your flight.
