• DAY 01 : ARRIVE DELHI : Arrive
Delhi and transfer to your hotel. India's capital &
major gateway to the country. Its strategic location
was one of the prime reasons why successive dynasties
chose it as their seat of power. New Delhi reflects
the legacy the British left behind. The division between
New Delhi and Old Delhi is the distinction between the
capitals of the British and the Mughals respectively.
The throbbing present of the Delhi pulls one out of
reflections on a mute past. The divisions in the walled
city and New Delhi also mark the varied lifestyle. The
walled city is all tradition of culture where one can
glimpse past lifestyle in all their facets, colours.

• DAY 02 : DELHI : After
breakfast gear up for the morning city tour to include
Humayun's Tomb, Bahai Temple, Qutab Minar, India Gate
and Mughal gardens at Rashtrapati Bhawan. Post lunch
tour of the historic city of Old Delhi to include the
magnificent Red Fort, the Jama Masjid, India's largest
mosque and Rajghat - memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Evening
welcome cocktails & dinner at 150 year elite Gymkhana
Club. Overnight Delhi.

DAY 03 : DELHI/AGRA : Morning
optional visit to the famous herbal and Ayurvedic centre
and later drive to Agra. The city of Agra however, reached
it zenith between 1556 and 1685, under the successive
rules of Akbar, Shahjahan and Jahangir. Agra, in term
of the ambiance, is still associated with its Mughal
period. The Taj Mahal, which is essentially one man's
monumental testimony to love, has becomes synonymous
not only with the city but with India as a whole. Agra,
with its laid - back lifestyle and its immense wealth
of architecture, handircafts and jewellery is amongst
the most remarkable cities in the world. Arrive Agra.

DAY 04 : AGRA/JAIPUR : Morning
proceed for sightseeing tour of world famous Taj Mahal
- built by emperor Shahjahan for his beloved queen
Mumtaz Mahal. Also visit Agra Fort - an impressive
cluster of Palaces, Fort and Mosques on the Banks
of river Yamuna across the Taj Mahal. After lunch
depart for Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri - a cultural
and imperial capital conceived and built by Emperor
Akbar. The fusion in architecture style of Persian,
Mughal and Rajput will keep you thrilled to be lost
in the glory of the powerful day's of Mughal in India
at that time. Later drive to Jaipur. The city capital
of Rajasthan, Jaipur, in the tone of an autumnal sunset,
literally blushed pink when prince Albert, the consort
of Queen Victoria, stopped on it soil in 1883.

This
is the only city in the world symbolising the nine divisions
of the vniverse through nine rectangular sectors subdividing
it. The Palaces and forts of yesteryears that were witness
to royal processions and splendor are now living monuments,
accepted quite naturally into the lifestyles of the

DAY 05 : JAIPUR : Morning
sightseeing tour by first driving throug the Pink -
rose residential and business areas of the Pink City.
Drive past the Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds. Visit
to Amber Fort. You ride up to the ramp of this 11th
century Bastion atop a gaily decorated elephant. Afternoon
proceed for city sightseeing, Visiting the Maharaja's
City Palace which now houses a museum containing rare
manuscripts, fine specimens of Rajput and Mughal miniature
paintings and weapons. Astronomical Observatory - a
few first accurate observatory in Indian - sub continent
of the 15th century. Later free for shopping, Jaipur
is famous for major gems and jjewellery centre where
one can find some of te finest jewellery besides woollen
carpets and cotton rugs, hand - block printed Sanganeri
and bagru cotton fabrics. Overnight Jaipur.

DAY 06 : JAIPUR/WATERBANKS/DELHI : Morning
transfer to Waterbanks Island resort near Delhi (only
25 kms from International Airport) can be reached only
by boats & the place abounds with a variety of birds,
deer & lots of flora & fauna. Evening farewell
lakeside cocktails and bar-be-cue dinner. Late night
or early morning transfer to International airport to
board your flight.
